Responsabilités

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers;
  • Negotiate quotes with customers ;
  • Coordinates with carriers to maximize operational efficiency;
  • Execute customer transactions;
  • Monitor customer order fulfillment performance and provide recommendations;
  • Research new carriers in order to build an strong portfolio;
  • Perform any other related tasks.  

Exigences

  • Minimum 2 years of logistics experience;
  • Dispatch experience is an asset;
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
