- Participate in business development to build a network and obtain hunting/recruitment mandates;
- Develop and maintain a quality clientele;
- Write attractive job offers in French and English;
- Carry out the entire recruitment/headhunting process: posting mandates, finding candidates, telephone and virtual interviews, various background checks and professional references, posting job offers, etc. ;
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the fashion industry to quickly identify the best talents on the market;
- Implement best practices to attract top talent;
- Collaborate with Recruiters, Account Executives and Account Managers on various mandates;
- Identify trends in the recruitment community and the job market;
- Participate in networking events.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, career development, recruitment or other relevant field ;
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the recruitment/headhunting industry;
- Experience in the fashion industry, retail, wholesale, or other related field;
- Good knowledge of technological tools (Office Suite, LinkedIn, Indeed or others);
- Bilingualism in French and English (in order to communicate with candidates across Canada 50% of the time);
- Entrepreneurial spirit;
- Good team spirit;
- Dynamic, proactive and results-oriented personality;
- Ability to act quickly;
- Uncompromising tenacity.
