Our client, an insurance company, is currently looking for a Life Insurance Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify client opportunities in ACT database and develop outreach plans with advisor approval ;
  • Schedule appointments for clients and prospects ;
  • Proficient in online research and tools, with a desire to learn new systems ;
  • Prepare reports, agendas, and presentations (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ;
  • Manage the insurance application process and follow-ups ;
  • Track pending applications and keep the advisor updated ;
  • Handle administrative tasks (photocopying, scanning, e-filing) ;
  • Liaise with insurance companies and clients on behalf of the advisor ;
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain confidentiality ;
  • Develop and implement the client service model, tracking client opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in life insurance ;
  • LLQP license (an asset) ;
  • Experience in sales or operational support essential ;
  • Excellent at meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks ;
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in documentation and communication ;
  • Strong communicator, proactive thinker ;
  • Committed to building strong relationships ;
  • Highly organized ;
  • Confident and enthusiastic in a support role.
