- Identify client opportunities in ACT database and develop outreach plans with advisor approval ;
- Schedule appointments for clients and prospects ;
- Proficient in online research and tools, with a desire to learn new systems ;
- Prepare reports, agendas, and presentations (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ;
- Manage the insurance application process and follow-ups ;
- Track pending applications and keep the advisor updated ;
- Handle administrative tasks (photocopying, scanning, e-filing) ;
- Liaise with insurance companies and clients on behalf of the advisor ;
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain confidentiality ;
- Develop and implement the client service model, tracking client opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in life insurance ;
- LLQP license (an asset) ;
- Experience in sales or operational support essential ;
- Excellent at meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks ;
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in documentation and communication ;
- Strong communicator, proactive thinker ;
- Committed to building strong relationships ;
- Highly organized ;
- Confident and enthusiastic in a support role.
