- Ensure that the store objectives are met in terms of sales, customer service, employee engagement and development;
- Contribute to the development and success of the store’s KPIs;
- Motivate, engage and professionally develop the team members;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Resolve the issues that may arise in the store in collaboration with the manager;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Requirements
- Work experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of the MS Office Suite;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
