- Research and develop potential new customers;
- Maintain excellent long-term business relationships with existing customers;
- Analyze and understand customer needs in order to propose appropriate products and solutions;
- Prepare, present and negotiate service offers;
- Manage issues that may arise and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Participate in networking events to identify new business opportunities;
- Monitor sales performance;
- Keep abreast of market trends;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years B2B sales experience;
- Experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Willingness to travel in Canada and the U.S. when necessary;
- Bilingualism in French and English (to be able to do business development with English-speaking clients 50% of the time).
