Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is currently looking for a Business Development Representative to join their sales team!

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop potential new customers; 
  • Maintain excellent long-term business relationships with existing customers; 
  • Analyze and understand customer needs in order to propose appropriate products and solutions; 
  • Prepare, present and negotiate service offers; 
  • Manage issues that may arise and ensure customer satisfaction; 
  • Participate in networking events to identify new business opportunities; 
  • Monitor sales performance; 
  • Keep abreast of market trends; 
  • Perform all other related tasks. 

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years B2B sales experience; 
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment; 
  • Willingness to travel in Canada and the U.S. when necessary; 
  • Bilingualism in French and English (to be able to do business development with English-speaking clients 50% of the time).
