Financial Reporting Manager

- Coordinate financial review processes;
- Lead financial projects;
- Manage annual audits;
- Prepare quarterly analysis and financial information for presentation to committees and Board of Directors;
- Ensure compliance of financial information and established procedures;
- Supervise specific corporate aspects of the budget process;
- Participate in various special projects;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements
- CPA designation;
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role;
- Experience with listed companies;
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS;
- Advanced level of Excel;
- Knowledge of Oracle and Workiva is an asset;
- Bilingualism in French and English (to communicate with customers and US offices 50% of the time).
